Global Planning Director

About the role

Medison is seeking a Global Planning Director to lead best‑in‑class planning processes, ensure product availability, and optimise inventory and working capital across its international operations. Reporting to the COO, you will be a key member of the Global Technical Operations Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Medison's global planning vision, processes and governance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing global planning team.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across regions and business functions.
• Continuously improve the global S&OP process and facilitate executive planning reviews.
• Align demand, supply, inventory and financial objectives and drive scenario planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, economics, life sciences or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply planning or integrated business planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in pharma, biotech or medical device industries.
• Proven track record managing global planning processes and supporting product launches.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Kinaxis.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
