Global Procurement Manager – Machines

About the role

As a Global Procurement Manager for Machines at Nestlé Global Procurement, you will lead the sourcing strategy for Nespresso Original Line and Milk frother, ensuring a reliable, high‑quality, and cost‑effective supply chain. You will work across multiple hubs and collaborate with internal partners and external suppliers to drive innovation, sustainability and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the global sourcing strategy for Nespresso machines and milk frothers.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations and execution of Manufacturing and Supply Agreements using eRFX tools.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives such as component standardisation, best‑cost‑country sourcing and alternative materials.
• Mitigate supply risk across the full value chain, from assembly to raw‑material sourcing.
• Develop and analyse Total Delivered Cost (TDC), monitor commodity trends and manage budget variations.

Required profile

• Solid experience in procurement within large‑market or contract‑manufacturing environments.
• Degree in mechanical or electronic engineering (preferred).
• Advanced negotiation skills with proven eRFX and high‑value contract management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple sub‑categories (electronics, electro‑mechanical, plastic injection, CAPEX).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
