About the role
As an Industrialisation Project Manager at Nespresso, you will lead the industrialisation of innovative coffee machine solutions from development through scale‑up to commercial launch, collaborating with product development, procurement, quality, supply chain, marketing, commercial teams and external manufacturing partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of industrialisation projects, ensuring successful delivery from development through commercial launch.
- Drive project plans, governance, budgets, milestones and technical reviews to deliver results on time, quality and scale.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external machine manufacturing partners to remove obstacles, align priorities and accelerate execution.
- Transform product complexity into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and operational performance.
- Manage technical, operational and supply risks to ensure smooth product introductions and business continuity.
- Deliver continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives to strengthen industrial performance and product quality.
Required profile
- Strong international expertise in industrialisation, manufacturing and introduction of complex products or technologies.
- Advanced project management capabilities to drive execution, manage stakeholders and achieve ambitious objectives.
- Sound knowledge of product development, industrial standards, manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective collaboration across functions, cultures and organisational levels, building trusted internal and external partnerships.
- Fluent English communication with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
