Global Procurement Manager - Warehousing

About the role

As a Global Procurement Manager for Warehousing at Nestlé, you will shape and execute the category strategy for 3PL warehousing spend worldwide. You will work closely with corporate and zone logistics teams to drive innovation, sustainability and standardisation across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the global category strategy with key stakeholders and lead its implementation.
• Execute strategic sourcing processes such as RFQs, supplier management, standardisation and aggregation.
• Perform market, category and supply‑risk analysis and build Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Introduce and develop new suppliers in collaboration with logistics standard owners.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with Nestlé’s corporate policies.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and oversee claims management.

Required profile

• University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably with a global or regional scope in warehousing or logistics.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and driving change.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
