Global Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

The Global Supply Chain Assistant supports the Global Supply Chain leadership team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, effective communication, and strong collaboration across worldwide teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar, travel, expense, and logistics management for senior leaders.
• Coordinate team events, town halls, communications and day‑to‑day administrative activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and business documentation.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor administration, invoice follow‑up and related financial processes.
• Maintain supply‑chain reporting tools, KPI dashboards and collaboration platforms.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, facilitating efficient operations and stakeholder communication across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communicator and collaborative partner, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
• Professional discretion with confidential information and a solutions‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with business systems such as SAP, Concur, SRM and MDG.
• Fluent in English; French is required.
