Supply Chain Planning - Senior Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Senior Manager leads EMEA supply planning activities for the Engineered Materials Business Unit. This strategic position works closely with Business, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain partners to ensure reliable product availability and optimal inventory performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional planning organization, balancing cost, inventory and customer‑service objectives.
• Facilitate regional S&OP reviews and provide recommendations for business and operational decisions.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to align supply plans with business requirements.
• Manage planning risks, supply constraints and inventory performance across the region.
• Drive adoption of planning systems, processes and master‑data standards, and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, S&OP or inventory management, including leadership of planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing regional or multi‑site planning activities and supporting POC governance and quality‑management systems (ISO/IATF).

Required skills

• SAP planning environment.
• Advanced planning systems such as Blue Yonder/JDA.
• APICS certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF quality‑management standards.
