Global Supply Planning Specialist & Inventory Manager

About the role

As a Global Supply Planning Specialist and Inventory Manager you will define and lead the inventory strategy for the Food & Beverage division, working closely with operations, supply chain and regional teams. You will also enhance the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement across the global supply planning function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Global F&B Inventory Strategy and budget in collaboration with regional supply chain teams.
• Monitor and recommend optimal inventory levels to meet service, inventory and CDI targets, initiating corrective actions when required.
• Lead the continuous improvement of the F&B S&OP process and support Global Executive S&OP preparation.
• Optimize safety stock and other planning parameters, improving inventory management efficiency.
• Prepare and lead Global Inventory Reviews, maintain guidelines and share best practices across regions.
• Drive transformation projects, digitalization initiatives and standardization of supply planning tools in partnership with GBS and SOLEX teams.

Required profile

• Engineering MSc or equivalent technical degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Controlling, including at least 3 years in a regional or global leadership role.
• Strong analytical background with proven impact on demand‑supply balance and financial performance.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with diverse partners.
• Fluency in English.

• Advanced Excel for complex data analysis.
• Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (black belt preferred).
