Global Talent Manager

About the role

The Global Talent Manager leads WAI’s worldwide talent acquisition and analytics functions while supervising the corporate recruiting team. This role ensures consistent, scalable hiring and onboarding practices across regions and enhances employer branding and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the corporate recruiting team to deliver high‑quality recruiting services globally.
• Participate directly in recruiting searches and coach the team on best practices.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience through standardized processes and communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruiting strategies with talent needs.
• Develop and manage a workforce planning tool for forecasting and prioritizing global hiring.
• Support contractor governance, onboarding standardization, and lifecycle management across regions.
• Create and maintain talent analytics and reporting covering recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance.
• Identify and implement process automation, including ATS optimization and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading corporate recruiting teams in a global environment.
• Strong ability to develop workforce planning and forecasting tools.
• Experience with contractor engagement governance and onboarding standardization.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering talent analytics and data‑driven insights.
• Demonstrated skill in process optimization and automation of HR functions.
