Global Total Rewards Manager

About the role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager based in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland, working in a hybrid, full-time capacity on a permanent basis. The role leads the rewards agenda for a global joint venture, combining technical expertise with an external perspective to design solutions that balance the interests of both parent companies. It suits someone who operates independently, partners closely with senior leaders and brings clarity to complex decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape global and local total rewards strategies that strengthen competitiveness and meet evolving business and people needs.
• Drive a pay-for-performance culture through competitive salary structures and short- and long-term incentives.
• Build understanding of total rewards through clear communication, capability building and international mobility support.
• Lead annual reward cycles with accuracy, strong governance and a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders.
• Strengthen job evaluation and reward governance for consistent, fair and transparent decisions.
• Ensure discipline and engagement through people-cost and incentive budgets in partnership with Finance and Human Resources teams across regions and markets.

Required profile

• Comprehensive, in-depth experience across the full total rewards portfolio.
• Strong business and financial understanding to link reward strategy with people priorities and sustainable value creation.
• Broad experience in advanced data analysis, metrics, budgeting and spreadsheet skills.
• Learning agility and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions, markets and partner organisations.
• Fluent English.
