Human Resources Intern - Learning and Talent Development

About the role

Nestlé Purina Europe is looking for a Human Resources Intern in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland, to support its Learning and Talent Development activities and help create engaging learning experiences for its people. The internship lasts 6 months, starts in February 2027 and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, workshops and learning events
• Manage training invitations, participant communications and attendance tracking
• Coordinate practical arrangements such as meeting rooms, schedules and learning materials
• Maintain accurate training records and support reporting using Excel
• Contribute to Learning and Talent Development projects across Purina Europe
• Prepare presentations, communications and project materials
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders in an international environment
• Identify ways to improve the participant experience and simplify processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's student, or recent graduate, interested in HR, Learning and Development, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in coordinating several activities and following up with stakeholders
• Clear and engaging communication skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
