GMP Quality Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

A pharmaceutical company in Central Switzerland, operating in a highly regulated GMP environment, is looking for a GMP Quality Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join its Quality Operations team. The assignment runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028 and is a temporary placement through nemensis AG, based in Basel, with the candidate working on site at least three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance-based quality programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to release/rejection decisions for GMP-relevant materials, including support for critical issues
• Review documentation, systems and GMP-relevant records
• Help maintain and improve quality systems, directives and site procedures
• Ensure work meets high standards of integrity, quality and GMP compliance

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar quality role within a regulated environment is an advantage
• University degree (Bachelor's or higher) preferred
• Fluent German (C1) is mandatory
• Business-proficient English is expected
• Reliable, structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days on site per week
