Graduate Programme 2027 - Private Bank (BLIS)

About the role

The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme 2027 is a 13-month programme within the Private Bank division, covering Business, Lending & Investment Solutions (PB BLIS). It offers exposure to a range of projects and ongoing professional and technical training, supported by a network of mentors and peers. Participants learn about the division's products and contribute to their design and development, while working alongside Relationship or Investment Managers to understand client needs.

Required profile

• University graduates with a degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Completion of all studies by the start date (July 2027), with no outstanding graduation requirements
• No more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (internships excluded)
• Fluency in English and very good knowledge of German; additional languages are a plus
• Prior introduction to the financial industry is a great plus

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
