Graduate Software Engineer – Tech Talent Program 2027 (Zurich)

About the role

Join UBS’s 2027 Graduate Talent Program in the Group Technology Office and work on digital solutions for a global financial services firm. You will design, plan and deliver sustainable software solutions using modern programming languages while ensuring proper operational controls from test to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement technical solutions that address business problems.
• Ensure operational controls and procedures are in place to move code from test environments to production safely.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, designers and other specialists to deliver digital journeys for clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months) with a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset.
• Motivation to work in a high‑demand, deadline‑driven environment.
• Interest in responsible AI use to improve outcomes and efficiency.
