Graduate Talent Program – Commodity Trade Finance, Geneva

About the role

UBS is recruiting recent graduates for its 2027 Commodity Trade Finance Graduate Talent Program in Geneva. The 18-month program introduces candidates to the firm, gives professional and technical training and offers rotations so that no two days are the same. It starts in February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• Help identify and structure new financing opportunities and onboard clients to develop the bank's CTF franchise
• Analyze risks and prepare credit requests for submission to the Credit Risk Department
• Ensure monitoring of the commodity flow financed by the bank within the Transactional Collateral Management Team
• Contribute to cross-functional projects on sustainability and transition strategy

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months) who has completed their degree and graduation requirements by the start date
• No more than two years of full-time work experience
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• Experience and good knowledge of the commodity trading industry
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
• Interest in the financial industry; all majors are welcome
