Graphic Designer (f/m/d)

About the role

An internationally active fashion company creates fashion and accessories with clear architectural lines for the modern woman. It is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Graphics & Concept department and work closely with the Brand Design and Marketing team to create and edit visually compelling designs that reflect the brand and its image.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to develop creative concepts, mood boards and visual directions for graphic, editorial and video productions.
• Create animations, motion graphics and video content that bring the brand's concepts to life.
• Apply and further develop AI tools and emerging technologies in creative workflows and content production.
• Support the E-commerce team in integrating visual storytelling across website content, newsletters and digital customer touchpoints.
• Create brand awareness content for websites, newsletters, social media and e-commerce platforms, keeping corporate identity consistent.
• Prepare and optimise visual assets for digital advertising, such as banners, image adaptations, cropping and logo placement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, with 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Clear verbal and written expression, quick and professional response to internal feedback, and a broad cultural perspective.
• Proficiency in German or English, written and spoken.

• Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus
