Graphic Designer – Remote B2B Visual Storyteller

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to turn complex B2B concepts into clear visual narratives. Based in Switzerland but fully remote, you will work on reports, ebooks, whitepapers, print magazines and digital assets, collaborating with writers, marketers and strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling reports, ebooks, whitepapers and research documents that meet client and internal brand standards.
• Translate data, frameworks and research insights into engaging infographics and visual narratives.
• Develop custom diagrams and visual systems from rough concepts to polished outputs.
• Lead or support the design of print magazines, ensuring strong layout and storytelling.
• Create consistent digital and social media assets for multiple client channels.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering on time without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with writers, editors and marketers to align visuals with strategic messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio across digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong visual storytelling ability to simplify complex or technical content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce production‑ready designs.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative communication style with openness to feedback.
• Self‑directed work ethic with ownership from concept to delivery.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset.
