Group Compensation & Benefits Manager & HR Business Partner

About the role

SOLEVO seeks an experienced Group Compensation & Benefits Manager who will also act as HR Business Partner for the headquarters in Geneva and the UAE office. The role designs, implements and governs the reward framework across African subsidiaries while managing the full employee life‑cycle for the HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update group reward policies, job architecture and salary bands, leading job evaluations using recognised methodologies.
• Define approval rules, advise on offers, promotions and prepare remuneration papers for senior committees.
• Assess and administer short‑term incentive, bonus and commercial incentive schemes across countries.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews, benchmark salaries and monitor inflation and exchange‑rate impacts.
• Oversee group benefits programmes, renewals and tenders, and support HR due‑diligence for acquisitions.
• Act as HR Business Partner for HQ Switzerland and UAE, handling recruitment, onboarding, contracts, work permits and payroll.
• Execute Swiss payroll via external provider, oversee UAE payroll and manage social insurances and statutory benefits.
• Lead and develop the Group Compensation & Benefits team and ensure data integrity in HRIS.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in compensation & benefits in an international, multi‑country environment.
• Hands‑on HR generalist experience in Switzerland with knowledge of Swiss labour law, payroll and social insurances.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, fluent in English and French.
