About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Senior Technical Workday Expert to cover a maternity leave until 31 July 2027. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for the Workday HCM platform, ensuring technical stability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Own the technical configuration, stability and development of the Workday tenant.
Support and advise business SMEs on functional and technical Workday matters.
Coordinate HR technology initiatives, handling stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue resolution.
Develop enhancements to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or similar.
Several years of hands‑on experience configuring Workday HCM, preferably Core HCM, Recruiting and/or Security.
Strong analytical, conceptual and solution‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, intercultural competence and discretion.

Required skills

Workday HCM configuration (Core, Recruiting, Security)
Workday Pro certification (asset)
Microsoft Office suite
