Group Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

As the Group Controller you will lead the group‑wide reporting and consolidation framework, ensuring high‑quality financial information for strategic decision‑making. You will act as a key advisor to our subsidiaries on accounting and reporting matters while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and optimise group‑wide reporting and consolidation standards.
• Advise group companies on accounting, reporting and internal control issues.
• Maintain and develop the internal control system (ICS) for the finance function, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Prepare standard variance analyses and ad‑hoc reports that deliver actionable insights to management.
• Support group‑wide planning, including budgets, forecasts and strategic financial plans.
• Drive standardisation, automation and optimisation of accounting, controlling and intercompany settlement processes.

Required profile

• Degree in finance and controlling or a recognised accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar controller role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, consolidation techniques and executive reporting.
• Proactive, independent mindset with a structured and analytical work approach.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
