Private Banker – Peru & Ecuador (Geneva)

About the role

The Private Banker will serve high‑net‑worth clients across Peru and Ecuador from our Geneva office, delivering tailored banking, credit, investment and insurance solutions. Acting as the primary relationship manager, the role focuses on expanding existing assets and acquiring new affluent clients in the Andean region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain relationships with HNW individuals in Peru, Ecuador and other high‑growth Andean markets.
• Expand assets under management through proactive prospecting, networking and cross‑selling of banking, credit, asset‑management and insurance products.
• Provide investment analysis, financial‑statement review and macro‑economic insights to support client decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth, Product and Compliance teams to design and execute market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a focus on the Peruvian and Ecuadorian markets.
• CMWMA certification (or commitment to obtain it shortly after hire).

Required skills

• CMWMA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Investment analysis and financial‑statement interpretation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Peruvian and Ecuadorian wealth‑management regulations and market dynamics.
