Group Finance Controller

About the role

We are strengthening our Group Finance team and are looking for an analytical and proactive Group Finance Controller. You will work closely with the Head of Group FP&A to drive and further develop key finance and reporting processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Renew, coordinate and execute the group‑wide CAPEX process.
• Analyze and enhance monthly reporting processes and related analyses.
• Support the SAP transformation project for Group Finance processes.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Finance stakeholders to ensure efficient reporting and controlling.
• Assist the Head of Group FP&A on strategic and operational finance topics.
• Contribute to the optimisation and standardisation of Group Finance processes.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Several years of finance experience, preferably in an industrial or international company.
• Strong experience in Controlling and Group Finance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience with finance transformation or ERP/SAP projects is an advantage.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
