Group FP&A Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to join the finance function of an international organisation in Zurich. The role offers broad ownership of FP&A and financial controlling, working closely with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance analysis for the group.
• Provide financial insights, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and support senior‑management decision‑making.
• Develop management reporting, financial models, scenarios and business cases.
• Improve FP&A, controlling and reporting processes to increase structure and efficiency.
• Work across different systems and data sources, contributing to system and reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• Solid experience in FP&A, financial controlling or commercial finance with independent management of core FP&A activities.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving.
• Excellent communicator able to influence and collaborate across cultures and locations.
• Curious, commercially minded and interested in the business behind the numbers.
