Group Internal Communication Senior Manager

About the role

The Group Internal Communication Senior Manager partners with the Group HR department to design and deliver HR‑to‑HR and HR‑to‑employee communications that align with the HR vision. Reporting functionally to the Chief People Officer, the role ensures seamless integration of HR messaging across the global Group and supports employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic employee communication plans for HR and culture initiatives across all HR functions (Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Digital Operations).
• Design and execute the global internal communication strategy in line with the HR Vision, coordinating with the Group Communication team.
• Act as primary contact for HR directors, providing communication counsel and tactical support.
• Produce tailored communication packs for Maisons and Regions and manage translations for mass‑communication.
• Maintain and optimise the HR section of the intranet and the SharePoint “Share 2.0” site to ensure easy access to tools and resources.
• Plan weekly communication activities, oversee content on digital and print channels, and measure communication effectiveness through dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer on communication planning and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications within a global HR context.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions based on best‑practice knowledge, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong business partnership mindset and fluency in HR strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
