Group Investigations Manager

About the role

Holcim, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is looking for a Group Investigations Manager within its Group Legal and Compliance team. Reporting to the Chief Security & Resilience Officer, the role assesses and manages concerns of reported misconduct and decides whether an investigation is warranted. It also leads investigations of allegations posing a heightened risk to the company, including those linked to Human Resources matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assess concerns reported through company channels and decide if an investigation is warranted.
• Manage and conduct investigations of high-risk misconduct allegations.
• Act as first point of contact for regional and local case managers (HR, Legal & Compliance, Internal Control, Security) and support their planning and execution.
• Define and manage integrated root-cause analysis, assess potential causes of misconduct and recommend remedial action.
• Support the development of case studies and best practices on ethics and compliance risks.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and memoranda on time.
• Maintain accurate case information in Holcim's internal whistleblowing case management tool.

Required profile

• Strong work ethics and integrity; confident, empathetic, impartial and objective.
• Sound independent judgment in complex, sensitive cases, or previous experience in investigation management.
• Experience managing teams of internal or external investigators in fieldwork and forensics.
• Fluent English; verbal and written French and German preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally (about 20%).
