Group People Analytics Director

About the role

Richemont seeks a forward‑thinking leader to shape the next chapter of Group People Analytics. Reporting to the Group HR Digital & Data Director, you will define the analytics strategy, drive data‑informed decision‑making across HR and business leaders, and scale the value of people data throughout the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group People Analytics and reporting strategy, setting vision, priorities, governance and roadmap.
• Champion adoption and continuous improvement of the Visier analytics platform for HR and business users.
• Elevate HR data literacy through targeted upskilling and clear, decision‑oriented narratives.
• Design the future HR data ecosystem using GCP, Looker and the Group’s data lake.
• Establish a robust Workday reporting operating model with strong governance and scalable delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end HR data governance, ensuring data quality, compliance and documentation.
• Provide high‑value executive insights and trusted data for regulatory reporting.
• Foster a People Analytics community across the Group to share best practices.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of four analytics experts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience leading people analytics or HR data functions at a senior level.
• Proven ability to influence HR and business leaders with data‑driven insights.
• Strong track record of building and scaling analytics platforms and governance frameworks.
