Group Procurement Legal Counsel

About the role

Verisure is looking for a dynamic Group Procurement Legal Counsel to join its fast‑growing legal team. Based in Geneva or Madrid, you will work closely with procurement, technology, and cross‑functional teams to support sustainable business growth through sound commercial contracting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialist legal colleagues in IP, Data Privacy, AI, Innovation and Compliance.
• Partner with Group Procurement, Technology, Quality Assurance, Marketing, IT, Finance and HR to identify and implement risk‑mitigation solutions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive legal advice to business units, supporting agile decision‑making in an international environment.
• Contribute to the development of legal best practices and support the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial contracting and procurement law.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile, and entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable solutions.
