Group Product Manager Sports Medicine

About the role

The Group Product Manager will lead marketing and lifecycle management for a portfolio of sports‑medicine devices, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from development through launch and post‑market activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the portfolio.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to guide product development.
• Plan and manage product launches, working closely with R&D, Sales and Regulatory teams.
• Engage with customers and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of product management experience in orthopedic surgical devices, preferably sports medicine/arthroscopy.
• Proven track record managing regulated medical device products.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
