Growth Lead

About the role

Omnilex is looking for a data‑driven Growth Lead to own and scale its product‑led growth engine across Europe. You will design, run and optimise multi‑channel acquisition experiments that bring the AI‑powered legal workspace to lawyers and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full PLG acquisition funnel – from traffic generation to sign‑up and activation – and continuously optimise conversion.
• Design and execute growth experiments across SEO, paid media, organic outreach and content distribution.
• Develop, test and optimise landing pages, signup flows and website messaging.
• Analyse user behaviour and funnel metrics to identify friction points and propose data‑backed solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to align PLG initiatives with broader go‑to‑market strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with growth trends in legal tech, AI and B2B SaaS and inject new ideas into the roadmap.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on metrics.
• Understanding of user behaviour, motivation and decision psychology.
• Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
