Paid Social Creative Specialist

About the role

EF Language Abroad is looking for a Paid Social Creative Specialist to design high‑impact paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and emerging platforms. The role blends creative design with data‑driven optimisation, supporting the global paid‑social output at a fast pace.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static, motion and short‑form video assets for performance channels using Figma, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Generate creative variations at scale through Smartly Creative Feeds, dynamic templating and similar workflow tools.
• Collaborate with media buyers, performance marketers and creative strategists to align ads with testing roadmaps and audience insights.
• Continuously optimise creatives based on performance data to improve CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Maintain EF brand consistency across all international markets.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media design, preferably in performance marketing or paid‑social environments.
• Strong portfolio of performance‑driven ads and short‑form social creative.
• Ability to produce and iterate creatives quickly, handling high‑velocity, high‑volume output.
