Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Alpian, a Swiss‑licensed digital bank, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the acquisition and activation engine from the first click to the first investment. You will shape the new growth team, run performance marketing, and turn partnerships into acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define weekly rhythms, processes and dashboards for the growth team.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across channels, managing spend against efficiency targets.
• Identify and fix funnel leaks to improve conversion from sign‑up to account opening, first deposit and first investment.
• Activate partnership acquisition flows, co‑marketing, tracking and performance reviews.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end experiments (referral, promotions, messaging, landing pages) with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Embed AI tools for automated reporting, creative testing and data analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience, preferably in top‑tier strategy consulting or investment banking.
• Highly motivated, self‑starter who executes tasks personally and automates repetitive work.
• AI‑native: daily use of large language models, agents and automation for research, analysis and building.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent English; French or German a strong plus.
• Willing to relocate to Geneva.
