Launch Manager – Geneva

About the role

Tribes is a privacy‑native social network launching its first market in Geneva. As the Launch Manager you will lead the city‑wide rollout, building relationships with universities, student associations, local creators and businesses to generate early user density and content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the launch programme across UNIGE, EPFL, Graduate Institute and other local institutions.
• Recruit, train and manage a network of 20‑50 student ambassadors.
• Identify and coordinate with Geneva‑based influencers, creators and photographers for TikTok, Instagram and Reels campaigns.
• Organise launch activations, small events and creator walks in key student areas such as Plainpalais and Bastions.
• Onboard local cafés, bars and cultural venues for sponsored GPS challenges and promotions.
• Track weekly KPIs (sign‑ups, verified posts, challenge participation) and report progress to the founder.

Required profile

• Based in or near Geneva and fluent in English and French.
• Deep knowledge of Geneva’s student life, creator scene and local culture.
• Highly social, organised and comfortable contacting people directly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and able to work without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Experience using Google Sheets for campaign tracking.
• Basic design, video or content editing abilities.
