Growth Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

About the role

Nexi, a European payment company with over 9,000 colleagues across more than 25 countries, is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist in its Wallisellen (Zurich) marketing team. The role designs and runs integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, supporting lead generation and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run growth marketing strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth across digital and offline channels.
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales team on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management with direct sales teams, aligned to revenue goals.
• Create and deliver webinars, events, email programs and ABM campaigns that engage prospects.
• Ensure smooth lead handoff, lead nurturing and pipeline development with Sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and funnel metrics, and produce reports, dashboards and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or campaign management.
• Proven experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns such as email, webinars, events and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo or similar).
• Bonus: ABM experience, knowledge of paid media, SEO and social media advertising, and project management experience.
