Growth Workflow Specialist, Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Workflow Specialist to automate and scale our organic growth engine. You will work closely with the organic growth strategy lead to turn SEO and AEO strategies into high‑velocity, automated workflows that power content creation, deployment and visibility monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the end‑to‑end organic growth automation pipeline, from keyword ingestion to CMS deployment.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility across priority topics and markets, and automate alerts and response actions.
• Automate content brief generation by pulling competitive gaps, search signals and AEO data into structured briefs for AI‑driven content creation.
• Quality‑assure AI‑generated content for accuracy, brand alignment and SEO/AEO best‑practice compliance before publishing.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs, content rules and market‑specific requirements for the organic growth agents.
• Extend automation to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy and localized content workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) concepts.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows at scale.
