GTM Architect – Consulting Services (Switzerland)

About the role

Red Hat Consulting Services is seeking a GTM Architect to join its Swiss team. In this strategic, high‑impact position you will act as the technical bridge between sales and delivery, driving early‑stage discovery, solution design and effort estimation for enterprise and public‑sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Swiss Account Managers and Technical Sales Managers to lead technical discovery workshops, evaluate application portfolios and design target architectures.
• Provide technical governance for active deliveries, acting as the design authority and ensuring clean hand‑overs to delivery teams.
• Design and implement cloud‑native environments on Red Hat OpenShift and scalable automation frameworks using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Support billable delivery rotations to maintain hands‑on expertise and credibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in customer‑facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture or technical presales.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Deep architectural and production knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (or Kubernetes).
• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform or comparable large‑scale automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with OpenShift AI for model‑serving and retrieval architectures.
