Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Guest Experience Coordinator ensures a smooth and welcoming stay for guests at Andermatt Alpine Apartments. Based on‑site in the alpine village of Andermatt, you will be the first point of contact, handling arrivals, departures and everyday guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and answer questions in person, by phone or email.
• Handle reservations, updates and cancellations using the property’s booking system.
• Resolve guest issues or escalations promptly and coordinate solutions with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Monitor guest feedback, record interactions in the CRM, and support initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Provide local information and concierge‑style assistance, and uphold service guidelines at the front desk.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proven ability to handle concerns and gather feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and support process improvements.
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Andermatt, including weekends or holiday periods as needed.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and CRM systems.
• Competence in basic office software and digital communication tools.
