Head Chef (f/wm/d)

About the role

NENI, a restaurant group with seven locations founded by Haya Molcho and her sons, is looking for a Head Chef. The group works under a 4-day workweek, with three days off each week and a flexible schedule. The Head Chef manages the kitchen, the team and the menu while keeping the accounts and administration running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan resources, manage the team and support colleagues' development
• Keep the accounts correct and ensure administrative processes run smoothly
• Take responsibility for the budget and develop the menu and cuisine with the external concept partner from a business perspective
• Support colleagues during rush periods and sudden changes of plan, making sure every dish tastes as good as it looks

Required profile

• Kitchen management experience
• Fluent English and German
• Passion for live cooking, international cuisine and eclectic food concepts
• Strong organisational skills in the kitchen and a doer's attitude
