Head Coach & Community Manager – Boutique Fitness

About the role

tone.tone is expanding its network of boutique fitness studios across Europe. We are seeking 2–3 dynamic Head Coach & Community Managers to lead the studio experience, drive member engagement, and support the growth of our coaching team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 8‑14 high‑intensity, low‑impact classes per week, covering mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Maintain coaching quality standards and ensure consistency with tone.tone programming, equipment, and playlist guidelines.
• Own the full client journey – welcome new members, conduct retention conversations, and proactively reach out to lapsing members.
• Support in‑studio sales by promoting current packages and building loyalty through exceptional service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Build relationships with local wellness partners to increase brand visibility and organic growth.
• Provide weekly informal feedback to coaches and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Assist with new coach training during ITP cohorts and manage improvement plans for under‑performing staff.
• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring equipment readiness, schedule coverage, and adherence to brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fitness classes and managing a studio environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on member satisfaction and community building.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to be present on‑site in Zurich and adapt to studio assignments as needed.
