Head of Communications & Growth

About the role

Paint It Easy is looking for a senior leader to own the way the brand attracts, converts, retains and deepens relationships with customers across Switzerland. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and will report directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall communications and growth strategy, covering social media, content, paid acquisition, CRM, retention, PR and community building.
• Launch and promote new locations, events and partnerships, working closely with the Events team on B2B growth.
• Analyse customer acquisition sources, improve conversion funnels, create incentives for repeat visits and drive cross‑selling across workshops, studios and memberships.
• Develop and manage partnerships with companies, universities, cultural organisations, hotels, local businesses, creators and media.
• Build a distinctive social and content presence that reflects the Paint It Easy brand.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in marketing, growth, communications, brand, CRM, partnerships or community, with a track record of taking ownership.
• Strong strategic, creative and commercial mindset, comfortable executing tasks while preparing to lead a future team.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, customer behaviour, brand building and key metrics such as CAC, conversion, ROAS, retention and LTV.
• Deep familiarity with the Swiss market and culture, fluent German and strong English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both international audiences and local Swiss stakeholders.
