Senior Marketing Manager – Switzerland

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager for Switzerland is a key member of the GSA Marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing the local marketing strategy. You will manage the Swiss marketing budget, drive brand awareness, and generate both B2C sales and B2B lead acquisition in close collaboration with regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local marketing strategy to meet yearly objectives, coordinating with teams in Germany and Austria.
• Manage the Swiss marketing budget, prioritising initiatives that support commercial and B2B outcomes.
• Localise international brand campaigns to reflect Swiss culture and increase brand visibility.
• Design and execute campaigns for local events to achieve ticket‑sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with Live Nation presale partners, handling sponsorship and barter agreements.
• Act as the primary liaison between marketing and sales in Switzerland, aligning activities with sales pipelines.
• Monitor the Swiss market and competitive landscape, providing insights for GSA planning.
• Build strong partnerships with local promoters, venues and partners to identify joint marketing opportunities.
• Represent Ticketmaster at industry events, conferences and media engagements in Switzerland.
• Report on KPIs, analyse results and refine strategies based on data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in brand, event or B2B marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss event, sports and music landscape.
• Proven track record of planning and executing events in entertainment, live or sports settings.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with partners, promoters and media.
• Professional proficiency in English, Swiss German and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and to Germany/Austria as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns and achieve marketing KPIs.
