About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to build the clinical data backbone for a pioneering veterinary health technology platform. You will design and implement a prospective canine chronic kidney disease registry and the associated data infrastructure that will enable future AI‑assisted disease monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop the clinical data architecture, including longitudinal pipelines and laboratory data integration.
• Ensure data quality, governance, auditability and compliance with GDPR, Swiss and EU privacy regulations.
• Create secure cloud‑based storage, ETL processes, dashboards and model‑ready datasets.
• Collaborate with veterinary teams, nurses and developers to align data solutions with clinical needs.
• Lay the foundation for future AI and machine‑learning applications in disease monitoring.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling clinical, health, biomedical or regulated data platforms.
• Proven track record in leading data teams and delivering production‑grade data solutions.
• Strong understanding of health data standards and privacy requirements.
