Head of Data Intelligence Products

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Data Intelligence Products to lead the strategy and execution of AI‑native data platforms for enterprise customers worldwide. This senior position will shape the future of data discovery, governance and trust in an innovative, fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a modern Data Intelligence Platform with AI‑driven governance and discovery capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and scale an international team of Product Managers across multiple regions and time zones.
• Drive development of AI‑powered features such as intelligent agents and conversational data interaction experiences.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering to translate vision into actionable product initiatives and technical deliverables.
• Partner with engineering to support cloud‑native architecture, AI‑driven workflows and scalable platform evolution.
• Build strong relationships with Chief Data Officers and enterprise stakeholders to understand market needs and drive adoption.
• Represent the product organization with industry analysts and strategic partners, positioning the platform as a market leader.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to guide long‑term product strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years leading product managers or product organizations.
• Deep expertise in modern data ecosystems such as data catalogs, data governance, data mesh and data quality.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs) and AI agents applied to enterprise data platforms.
• Proven ability to thrive in both startup‑like environments and large global corporations.
• Strong strategic execution skills, translating executive vision into scalable roadmaps and engineering milestones.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple regions.
