Head of Human Resources

About the role

Bathco, a global trading and technology group focused on green aluminium and industrial decarbonisation, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Human Resources. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the Group’s people agenda and partner with senior leaders across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group HR function, shaping strategy, structures and processes that align with business growth.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and management team on organisational, leadership and employee matters.
• Drive international recruitment for commercial, technical, specialist and leadership roles, ensuring high‑quality selection and onboarding.
• Design and improve organisational structures, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee HR operations, employment documentation, policies and data across all entities, coordinating with local payroll, legal and external partners.
• Support compensation, bonus, retention and employee participation programmes, and contribute to workforce planning and salary reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership within a fast‑growing, international environment.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on operational capability.
• Excellent advisory skills, able to influence CEOs and senior managers.
• Track record of building performance‑oriented cultures and managing complex recruitment programmes.
