Head of Marketing Switzerland

About the role

As the Head of Marketing you will build the brand from zero to one and drive sales in the Swiss market. The role is central to marketing planning, analysis, localisation, public‑relations, dealer marketing supervision and budget steering, requiring strong collaboration across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with global guidelines.
• Lead brand promotion through national events, advertising, digital campaigns and work with the European PR and Event team.
• Maintain relationships with press, media, agencies and influencers to ensure brand visibility and manage PR issues.
• Supervise dealer marketing plans, provide support and ensure compliance with localisation standards.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and analyse post‑event results to feed future plans.
• Steer the marketing budget, optimise ROI and act as the brand ambassador within the industry.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Sales or a related commercial discipline.
• 8 + years of marketing management experience in the automotive or branded‑retail sector.
• Fluent in English and German; French, Italian, other European languages or Mandarin are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and results‑oriented mindset.
