About the role

Labcorp is looking for a Communications Intern to support its General Management department at the Geneva site. You will help design and produce internal communication materials while gaining exposure to a global healthcare leader.

Key responsibilities

Design, production and layout of various communication documents, email communications and presentations.
Implement video content and update in‑house media such as TV screens and whiteboards.
Adapt Office templates (Word, PowerPoint) for site‑specific use and review communication documents for target audiences.
Support management committees, contribute to the communication plan and assist in organizing events.

Required profile

Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
At least 6 months of experience or training in communication.
Fluency in French and a minimum B2 level in English.
Student eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Experience using Webex or Teams for collaboration.
