Head of Mobile Engineering (React Native)

About the role

LocalBini is looking for a Head of Mobile Engineering to lead the development of its React Native app, targeting a launch for the fall/Christmas season 2026. You will work closely with a cross‑functional team, including product designers, to deliver a high‑quality, scalable mobile experience for users across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote development teams and the Switzerland office to define the mobile solution.
• Build the React Native app from the current MVP, ensuring performance and a seamless user experience.
• Integrate tracking tools to analyze user behavior.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial mobile development experience, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time, on‑site in St. Gallen or remotely.
