Head of Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro is discovered and turn curious traders into active users. You will lead the organic acquisition engine across SEO, content, social, community, referrals and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic organic acquisition strategy covering SEO, content, social, community, referrals and partnerships.
• Map the full conversion funnel from first touch to first trade, identify drop‑off points and design win‑back tactics.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign‑up flows, onboarding and in‑product moments.
• Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double‑down on winners and discontinue under‑performing tactics.
• Build clear dashboards and regular reports that highlight growth drivers and actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant, accurate messaging across regions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C acquisition or growth marketing experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming.
• Product‑savvy mindset with the ability to use Kraken Pro as a trader and translate product strengths into growth levers.
• Strong analytical rigor – comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution and turning data into decisions.
• Ability to lead a small, lean team while staying hands‑on and shipping improvements.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, referral programs and partnership acquisition.
• Experience designing and optimizing UX for acquisition and onboarding flows.
• Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools to track performance and run tests.
