Head of Origination

About the role

Lead and develop a high‑performing Origination organization at Cembra Money Bank, driving operational excellence, digital transformation and customer‑centric growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end Origination value chain, ensuring efficient, scalable and customer‑centric operations.
• Drive business performance through clear KPIs, service levels, conversion metrics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Shape the future operating model with digitalisation, intelligent automation, AI‑enabled processes and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Commercial and other stakeholders to design seamless customer journeys.
• Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, governance and operational resilience across all Origination activities.

Required profile

• Academic degree or comparable professional qualification with extensive leadership experience in customer operations within banking, financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
• Inspirational, resilient leader with a growth mindset, proven ability to build high‑performing teams and lead through change.
• Track record of translating strategic ambitions into scalable operational capabilities and sustainable business outcomes.
• Strong experience driving digital transformation, process modernisation and large‑scale change initiatives.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
