Head of Talent – Global Operations

About the role

As Head of Talent – Global Operations you will define and govern the talent agenda for Nestlé’s worldwide Operations network. Reporting to senior leadership, you will align talent strategy with the Operational Masterplan, ensuring the right people, capabilities and succession pipelines are in place to drive focus, speed and impact at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the global #OneOperations Talent Strategy, linking it to corporate talent priorities and future capability needs.
• Lead senior talent agendas, including succession planning, talent reviews and leadership pipeline development for key global, regional and operational roles.
• Transform talent data, workforce analytics and external benchmarks into actionable priorities for senior decision‑makers.
• Partner with Centres of Excellence to design scalable leadership, technical, digital and AI‑enabled development solutions.
• Standardise and govern talent processes across three zones, ensuring transparency, data quality and measurable impact.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior‑level talent management, with a proven record in succession planning and leadership development.
• Strong understanding of Operations and the ability to translate business priorities into talent initiatives.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using talent analytics and dashboards to anticipate gaps and inform decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and challenge senior operational leaders and executive stakeholders.
