Hotel HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Manager for a 4‑star superior hotel in Graubünden, Switzerland. This on‑site position will support the hotel’s workforce and approximately ten department heads throughout the seasonal operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all hotel departments, coordinating with department heads to meet staffing needs.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR administration, off‑boarding and exit processes.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing advice on employee‑related matters.
• Support seasonal workforce planning, talent development, and employee retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and collaborate with the Group HR function and central payroll team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within hospitality or a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong hands‑on recruitment experience and ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working independently as the main on‑site HR contact.
• Ability to work effectively with a multicultural workforce and support multiple departmental managers simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Swiss HR practices and employment requirements is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in German and good English communication skills.
