House Manager - Geneva

About the role

A full-time House Manager is sought around Geneva to oversee the daily operations of a high-end private residence, ensuring a high standard of service and comfort for the principals and their guests. The role covers guest reception, housekeeping supervision, travel preparation, logistics and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome the principals and their guests warmly and professionally according to household standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness and order of the home with the housekeeping and butler teams.
• Organize and coordinate travel logistics between residences.
• Manage food and cleaning supplies, set elegant table settings and assist with meal service.
• Monitor technical issues, liaise with relevant departments and propose seasonal décor (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
• Lead the team with a respectful, structured approach, give regular briefings and act as main contact for the family's assistant and chefs.
• Adjust staff schedules to workload, run annual staff reviews and ensure continuous training.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high-end private residences (UHNW environment).
• Strong organizational skills, discretion, service mindset and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable and strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple properties.
• Fluent in French.
